Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our customers and the operations of our trips, the following cancellation policy applies:

Cancellation by the Customer

  1. Cancellation Timeframe

    • 30 days or more prior to departure.
    • 15–29 days prior to departure: 50% of the total booking cost will be refunded.
    • 7–14 days prior to departure: 25% of the total booking cost will be refunded.
    • Less than 7 days prior to departure: No refund will be provided.
  2. No-Show

    • If you fail to show up on the scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued.
  3. Early Departures

    • If you choose to leave a trip early for any reason, no partial refund will be provided.

Cancellation by the Company

  1. Minimum Participant Requirement

    • If the trip does not meet the required minimum number of participants, we reserve the right to cancel the trip. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
  2. Force Majeure

    • Trips may be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will work to reschedule your trip or provide a partial refund, as deemed appropriate.
  3. Operational Reasons

    • We reserve the right to cancel a trip for safety concerns, weather conditions, or other operational reasons. In such instances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
  • Payments made via credit card or online transfer may be subject to additional processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund.

Amendment and Rescheduling Policy

  1. Changes by the Customer

    • Date changes are allowed up to 3 days before the departure date, subject to availability and an administrative fee of [amount].
  2. Changes by the Company

    • If we need to adjust the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative arrangements of similar value.
